I want to personally take a moment to thank Joe Rizzo and his partner in crime— the badass hockey player still going strong in his 50s (I’m truly terrible with names, my apologies!). In a moment of chaos and emotional exhaustion, I didn’t know who to call for help. I started making calls at random, and by pure luck, I found Joe. From the very first conversation, he was kind, understanding, and willing to shift things around in his schedule to help us clear out a family member’s belongings — items that couldn’t be donated and just needed to be handled. Their compassion and professionalism made a difficult time just a little bit easier. They didn’t just remove junk, they took one less thing off my shoulders. These guys were absolutely fantastic!! Everything from my initial phone call through the actual hot tub removal was top notch. Their job site (even after cutting up the tub) was impeccably clean…there is no trace of the tub or debris anywhere. Their team was also super friendly to chat with, and even helped with removing a grill I needed gone as an add on (last minute) request. I had a very large hot tub that needed to be removed, plus a mound on other miscellaneous items. I called Rizzo Junk Removal and they were tremendous. The hot tub needed to be sectioned for removal and it created quite a mess… wood scraps, insulation, etc. After the hard work was completed, Joe brought out the blower, rakes and bins and completely cleaned the entire area, ensuring nothing (not even a pea sized piece) of that tub remained. They were a wonder!
