Left Joe Rizzo a voicemail at 0815 he called me back within five minutes. Once he and I talked about what I needed done he was at the place at 1230 the same day. He rearranged his day to fit in what we needed done. Awesome service and great guy to work with. He and I loaded his truck in no time to clear an entire place out. Outstanding to work with and highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

We contacted Joe to come give us an estimate to remove unwanted items and furniture from our mother’s home since she was down-sizing. He came immediately and was very personanable and patient with my mother. His estimate was fair and reasonable. He and his partner, Jay, were respectful and very efficient. They’re great guys- very pleasant and hard-working and efficient with their time. We were so impressed that we hired them again for removal of an adjustable base bed and mattress and a reclining sofa which was actually a bear to move (sorry guys!) but they never complained and had a smile the entire time despite the difficulty of the job. Joe is the nicest guy in the world and Jay is awesome too. Thanks for all your help! Joe really should be the first and only guy to call with your junk removal needs.

Joe did an amazing job clearing junk we had collected for a few months. He gave us a reasonable quote based on pictures & first look, but ended up being more then he expected. He honored his initial quote, but we decided to be fair and give him what he deserved. Highly recommended!
I've had a pile of junk next to my garage for a year, called Joe, and in 2 days the pile was gone. Dump was closed, otherwise it would have been gone in 1 day! Communication, price and service are all top notch.

I called to setup a pick up time with Rizzo not expecting it to be same day, but he was there within a couple hours. Very professional, and personable. He gave me some advice and pricing on some other questionable items I had that I wanted to dispose of which will help me in my future decisions. I called around to many businesses to get quotes. Joe was the fastest to respond, the friendliest, the most flexible about location, time, and his services. I have used other service providers in recent years, and was always disappointed in the customer service. I've used a couple of different Junk Removal companies over the last few years with mixed experiences. However, Rizzo never disappointed me, and I only use them now. Joe charges a fair price and is very professional; he is friendly and trustworthy. I often don't even ask for an estimate anymore because I know he'll give me a reasonable price. I trust Joe to take care of work sometimes when I'm not even home because I know he'll do a good job. Rizzo and his crew are by far the best.

Rizzo's Junk Removal has helped me and my husband 3 times and I cannot recommend them enough! Joe always answers his calls promptly and is on time and very professional! We recently sold our home and moved south. We had more junk that we anticipated, and Joe made time in his busy schedule to get the last of the mess we were in before the closing date on our house. I was going to get a dumpster for some clean out work at my house but I also had collected TVs and other appliances over the years and had been having difficulty finding an affordable way to recycle. Rizzo came out with his 15 yd truck (which was a REAL 15 yards, collected my TVs and other appliances all for much less than I would have paid for dumpster AND going around place to place recycling plus I didn’t Jane to touch any of it! Fast and Easy! Highly recommend

Contacted Rizzo for the removal of a shed and it's contents. They responded immediately, and came out the next day to provide a very reasonable estimate. The work was completed the next day. The guys were great. They did an amzaing job. Will definitely hire them again in the duture.

We needed to clean out my elderly mothers house, called them they came right out. They were on time and did a great job. They had to clean out a three bedroom house, when they finished it was spotless. Price was very reasonable too.
